Property Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the existing portfolio, conducting rental reviews, and responding to maintenance requests.

  • You hold a current Certificate in Real Estate Property Management.
  • You have previous experience and can hit the ground running.

  • You can build relationships and interact with tenants and landlords.
  • You can prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • You have a strong work ethic.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the existing portfolio of properties.
  • Conduct regular reviews of rentals to ensure they are aligned with industry standards.
  • Respond promptly to all maintenance requests and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Process invoices from contractors in a timely manner.
  • Provide detailed reports on any issues affecting building or tenant safety.
  • Nurture positive relationships with landlords and tenants through effective communication.
  • Carefully manage lease renewals and options to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Negotiate fair rent increases while adhering to relevant legislation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including budgets and arrears monitoring.
  • Regularly conduct site visits and prepare comprehensive entry reports as needed.
