Job Title: Solutions Expert for Public Sector Initiatives

The role of a Solutions Expert involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions using Ideagen's products. This includes guiding the sales process, presenting product demos, and creating customized proposals and solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Consult with customers to understand their business goals and pain points.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations that address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create personalized sales strategies and proposals.
  • Built strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Offer expert advice on industry best practices and standards.
  • Support marketing efforts through webinars and promoting core messages.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or consulting in EHS or related fields.
  • A background in Business, Engineering, or EHS; certifications like Six Sigma, ISO, CSP are a plus.
  • A strong knowledge of product management software and SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with APIs, interoperability, data warehousing, and software architecture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
