Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Public Sector Solutions Expert to join our collaborative and fast-growing team. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using Ideagen's products.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand customer needs through consultations and discovery sessions.
  2. Presents tailored product demos that address customer pain points.
  3. Work with the sales team to create customized proposals and solutions.
  4. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  5. Offer expert advice on industry best practices and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or consulting in EHS or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of product management software and SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with APIs, interoperability, data warehousing, and software architecture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
