About the positionWe're seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist to contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers. No prior experience is necessary; just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
Key responsibilities- Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
- Using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
- Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens and drains.
- Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark – regardless of the weather conditions.
- You'll work both indoors and outdoors, trusted to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer experiences through enthusiasm, energy, and productivity.
- A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
- A passion for working safely and adhering to established safety protocols.
- The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- To be physically active, with occasional moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, and pushing required.
- Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including weekends), with a variety of shifts available between 5am and 11pm, 7 days a week.
