Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Person to join our Parts team in Leongatha. This role involves working closely with parts department and customer service staff to achieve fill rate goals.
The successful candidate will have good positive communication skills, be physically fit to handle all goods and products, and have experience operating forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack parts according to issued pick lists, complete required documentation, and ship orders within set guidelines.
- Perform tasks requested by the manager.
- Locate inventory in the proper location and enter related information into the ERP system.
- Load trucks with finished goods.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for damage during loading.
- Count inventory as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Good positive communication skills and good attendance.
- Be physically fit to handle all goods and products.
- Have experience working under minimal supervision.
- Have experience operating forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Be able to perform work-related duties outside in a safe and competent manner in adverse conditions.
