About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at WNS Global Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service for insurance-related voice processes, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Prior experience in contact center or customer service roles is a significant advantage in this position.
  • Evaluate and adhere to all regulatory bodies' requirements in Australia to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality results.
  • Achieve set performance targets by the business through effective problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability.
  • Enhance quality outcomes by recommending improved procedures, adhering to established standards and guidelines, and promoting continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and information security standards to safeguard data integrity and protect company interests.
Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess an Undergraduate degree to be eligible for this role.

Working Arrangements

This full-time position involves working on Day Shifts, providing a stable and predictable schedule for those who value routine and work-life balance.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately AU$60,000 - AU$80,000, based on industry standards and location. This compensation package includes a range of benefits that support the well-being and career growth of our employees.
