We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our store.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time role, working Saturday Late Evening (6pm - Midnight), Wednesday Daytime (6am - 4pm) and Friday Afternoon (4pm - 9pm).

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist with collecting trolleys from around the store, car park and surrounding areas.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide a great shopping experience.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for food and shopping.
  • A customer-first mentality, putting the needs of customers first.
  • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to change.
  • Reliability and a willingness to work.
