Job Title:

Property Administrator

Job Description:

The primary goal of the Property Administrator is to ensure smooth operations within the property management team. This role involves supporting the team by completing set tasks and assisting with day-to-day activities.

Key responsibilities include preparing and processing residential tenancy lease documents, liaising with other real estate agencies, and facilitating communication between landlords, tenants, and contractors.

In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will be required to prepare and process management authority renewals, perform general ad hoc property management tasks, and provide relief front desk and phone coverage for the reception team as needed.

Requirements:
  • High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Docusign, Microsoft, and Reapit software for property management purposes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to improving processes
