Real Estate Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Real Estate Sales Representative on a permanent, full-time basis.

  • List, market and sell properties to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current and future needs, driving sales and revenue.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to expand our real estate portfolio.
  • Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising to increase market share.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Possess extensive experience in the local real estate industry, with a deep understanding of associated influences.
  • Can appraise properties, identifying positive aspects and potential, both rural and residential.
  • Hold a valid Real Estate license and a current driver's license, essential for this role.
  • Have sound marketing skills, with the ability to promote properties effectively.
  • Possess an excellent understanding of real estate legislation.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication, organizational, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of property sales.
