Seeking a qualified trainer and assessor with expertise in Ageing Support to deliver high-quality training programs and assessment services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs aligned with industry standards
  • Evaluate student performance against predetermined criteria
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Cultivate a supportive learning environment and cater to students' diverse needs

Essential Qualifications:

- Hold a Certificate IV in Ageing Support or equivalent tertiary qualifications

- Possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) along with relevant units

- Proven experience in the ageing sector

- Superior written and communication skills

- Previous VET training experience with international students
