Aveo seeks an accomplished Chef Manager to spearhead our culinary team at The Domain Country Club. This is a rare opportunity to showcase your expertise and passion for delivering outstanding food services that exceed resident expectations.

Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in casual dining kitchen settings, preferably within retirement villages, cafes, or a la carte establishments. As a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery holder, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

About You

  • A proven track record in kitchen management, including stock ordering, rostering, and administrative duties.
  • Ability to work closely with the hospitality team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for residents and guests.
  • Able to maintain accurate records, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives where possible.
  • Degree certificate or relevant vocational training in commercial cookery, food safety, or a related field.
