We are currently seeking a highly skilled Regional Leader to join our team in NSW and ACT. As a key business person, you will be responsible for driving growth and success across multiple stores within your region. Your primary focus will be on profitable expansion, staff development, and ensuring compliance with store operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Growth: Foster a culture of excellence and drive sales performance across stores in your region.
  • Staff Development and Leadership: Identify and develop talent within your team, promoting a culture of succession and leadership.
  • Product Sales Performance: Ensure effective management of product sales, monitoring market trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Compliance and Operating Procedures: Maintain strict adherence to company policies and guidelines, ensuring all stores operate efficiently.
  • Culture and Environment: Create a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure all staff members are equipped to excel in their roles.
  • Partner Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement local marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Incentives and Recognition: Design and implement incentive programs to motivate staff and recognize outstanding performance.

About You:

  • Proven Success as a Brand Leader: Demonstrate a track record of successful leadership in a similar role.
  • Travel Industry Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the travel industry, including products, processes, and marketing strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excel in negotiation and communication, able to influence and persuade diverse groups.
  • Ambition and Motivation: Demonstrate a high level of ambition and motivation, coupled with a strong work ethic.
