As a Regional Manager with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, you will play a key role in driving outcomes for our customers and communities through strong strategic leadership and a focus on community engagement activities. You will work closely with your team to expand the network and scope of our business, build relationships with existing community partners, and contribute to the overall financial performance of your region.

This is a permanent full-time position based in North Queensland, covering branches from Cassowary Coast to Whitsundays. Travel in regional Queensland is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and deliver on a Regional-based Business Plan for the Region aligned to the State Strategic Plan
  • Build and execute an effective strategic plan for your area across multiple customer channels
  • Collaborate with branch leaders to establish an effective sales operating rhythm to achieve set targets and grow business performance
  • Embed operational and risk management practices through regular and clear communication on requirements

About You

  • Proven experience in building a strategic plan for the market
  • Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations
  • Proven sales leadership through implementing strategy to drive business
  • Strong relationship management with ability to effectively network and engage with your community and partners
  • People leadership with the ability to develop, coach and manage staff performance
  • Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
