About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at Forster Private Hospital in Forster, NSW. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and assisting in our dispensary to ensure that all pharmacy activities are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
  • Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions, and discharge
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
  • Support patients, carers, hospital staff, and associated employees
  • Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and the proper use of medicines
  • Review and completion of monthly reports
About You
