C&K Childcare & Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Birralee Childcare Centre in Ferny Hills, Northwest Brisbane. As a Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our children and supporting their growth and development.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of experienced and passionate Educators who are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and the community
  • Collaborating with the team to create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Providing guidance and support to junior Educators

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
