C&K Birralee Childcare Centre is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early childhood professional to lead our team of educators and contribute to the development of our centre's educational programs. You will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment that fosters the growth and development of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Contribute to the development of our centre's policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other centre staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within three months
