C&K Birralee Childcare Centre is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and qualified educator who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education to children. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting the development of our centre's educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Collaborate with other educators and centre staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Provide guidance and support to new educators and students
  • Contribute to the development of our centre's policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
