C&K Childcare & Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Birralee Childcare Centre in Ferny Hills, Northwest Brisbane. As a Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our children and providing a nurturing environment that fosters their growth and development.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Educator who is passionate about early childhood education and care. You will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of our children. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of our children
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
