Residential Clinical Lead

Delivering high-quality patient care while leading a multidisciplinary team is crucial in this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Main Responsibilities- Assess patients' health conditions, develop care plans, and coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including medical practitioners, allied health professionals, and family members, to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant nursing board.
- Proven experience working in a high-care environment, preferably with dementia residents.
- Strong understanding of wound care, palliative care, behavior management, and clinical assessments.
