Clinical Team Lead in Therapeutic Residential Care

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Team Leader to spearhead our therapeutic residential care team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services and ensuring the well-being of our young people.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trauma's impact on mental health, attachment, and development, as well as demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality clinical assessments and interventions for children, young people, and families.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the clinical team and manage all clinical activities across the TRC program.
- Support the clinical delivery of program activities where required.
- Ensure that referral processes, assessment, intervention, and system support practices are in place and adhere to relevant guidelines.
- Develop collaborative and effective stakeholder relationships and manage risk and safety in clinical practice and work environments.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality clinical services and managing clinical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise clinical work, support staff development, and ensure quality service delivery.
- In-depth understanding of residential care settings and relevant guidelines.
