Job Opportunity

Bosch is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Reliability Student Engineer to join our Cross-Domain Computing Solutions Department on a full-time basis for 12 months.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of our Cross-Domain Computing Solutions team. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Gaining knowledge and experience in electronics and mechanical R&D environment
  • Gaining knowledge and experience in real-world product testing
  • Assisting engineers in the coordination and execution of the validation test program for automotive and non-automotive products against industry standards
  • Assisting engineers in the documentation of software requirements for testing and implementation of software test cases
  • Writing and releasing test reports

You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise and broaden your tertiary studies. A strong support network will be available to help you succeed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate Degree in Engineering (Electronics or Mechatronics)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Have a basic understanding of Programming Languages (C#, C++, Python, etc.) and CAD tools (PTC Creo, Solidworks, Altium, etc.)
  • Have an understanding of the role reliability engineering plays in the product lifecycle
  • Have a good understanding of electronic circuit, mechanical design theory, and statistical methods and analysis
  • Experience working within a cross-functional team environment is preferred
  • Passion for self-drive, pro-activeness, and accountability is desirable
