Key Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to support and grow our Capture Team, working on our flagship Engagement product. This team will own the Capture and Launch domains of the Engagement product, enabling engagement surveys to be sent to hundreds of thousands of employees worldwide.

As part of this team, you will play a critical role in improving the scalability, stability, and performance of this key technical domain. You'll also help us move towards our tech vision by expanding our event sourcing infrastructure.

Our teams are cross-functional, so as a Tech Lead, you will lead engineers working on our Rails monolith, AWS infrastructure, and event-sourced domains. You don't need to be an expert in all those things, but you will need to lead engineers who are.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of end-to-end ownership of technical work, experience with event-sourced or event-driven systems, and strong technical skills in backend development, ideally in Ruby.
