Job Title: Technical Support Director

About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Support Director to lead our support teams in delivering world-class support services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical support, leadership, and customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and lead a team of technical support specialists in providing excellent support services to customers.
  • To ensure that all customer cases are responded to within agreed service levels and in a professional manner.
  • To act as the escalation contact for complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • To develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • To contribute to the development of the support knowledge base and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive CLI experience with Linux at a technical level (support, development, implementation).
  • Leadership experience and preferably team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
