About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team at Ventia, where you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing instrumentation, communication, and monitoring systems throughout our tunnels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and electronic systems, including instrumentation and communication equipment
  • Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding activities to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and maintenance of our tunnel systems
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance activities

Requirements

  • Trade-qualified Electrician with experience in electrical and electronic systems
  • Proven track record of working with Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and other traffic control systems
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to learn and use general systems and software to support the role
  • NSW Driver's License (MR or greater)
  • Confined space entry ticket
  • Working from Elevated Work Platforms ticket
  • EWP
  • White Card
