This is an exciting chance to work with an OEM that genuinely cares for its staff and customers.Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role involves leading a team that interprets, processes, and supports customer spare parts requirements.
Your leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success.
You will use various communication tools to ensure prompt responses to spare parts inquiries and orders.As a Parts Supervisor at Komatsu Forklifts, you'll receive professional and personal support.
We are committed to fostering a learning culture in a diverse environment, valuing training and education for your development.
We also provide a phone and uniforms/PPE.Roster : Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, so you can enjoy your afternoons at home
Location : Brisbane branchKey Responsibilities include :Compile quotes for the service department and external customersPrepare customer invoices and handle data entry into parts computer systemsReview market competitiveness of parts and discuss discounts for volume customersArrange courier pick-ups and deliveriesManage stock replenishments for the warehouse and field service vansPrepare and dispatch inter-branch stock transfer requestsAssist technicians in locating and ordering parts for repairsProcess parts for Workshop Sales and Hire PrepsHandle daily paperwork, including booking out parts and processing ordersRaise purchase orders, receive goods, and update stock recordsIdentify product and process issues and recommend solutionsUse PPE and comply with EEO practices and proceduresThe Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities we're Looking For :Experience in a similar role within the automotive or light vehicle industryLeadership and mentoring skillsCustomer-focused with strong communication skillsExperience in inventory control and warehouse systemsUnderstanding of parts sales and supply chain activitiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeCurrent driver's license and forklift ticketThe Benefits :At Komatsu Forklift Australia, we offer clear career pathways and support your training and development.
