Job Opportunity: Leadership Role

The Project Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion. This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams during the bid and design phases, developing detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans, managing field operations, subcontractors, and material suppliers, ensuring quality control, and adhering to project specifications and tolerances.

  • Cultivate effective relationships with stakeholders and team members to drive project success
  • Develop and implement strategic project plans, focusing on timely execution and cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain strong communication channels with project team members, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading heavy civil projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in roller compacted concrete project management strongly preferred
