Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the activation of IVVC functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and track project milestones and deliverables
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports to key stakeholders
  • Facilitate regular update meetings with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain documentation and ensure project alignment with goals
  • Collaborate with broader project teams to ensure successful execution
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of project-related experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Must reside within ~30 miles of Charlotte, NC
Bonus Points
  • Experience with JIRA preferred
  • PMI Certification (PMP or CAPM), CMII certificates, or PE license a plus
  • Experience in the utility industry or construction management
  • Familiarity with project scheduling and cost control practices
  • Technical certifications or training relevant to the utility sector
