Job Title: Residence Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our team as a Residence Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a therapeutic residential care home, managing and supporting a team of Therapeutic Support Workers, and collaborating closely with clinical teams to deliver safe, structured, and nurturing care in line with our Therapeutic Care model.

This is a leadership role that requires strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful and lasting change in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

  • Responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Therapeutic Support Workers
  • Collaborates with clinical teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care
  • Strong administration, risk management, and compliance capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to coach staff, manage complex behaviors, and build trusting relationships with children and young people
Requirements:
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree or related Diploma in Community Services or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ITC, child protection frameworks, and trauma-informed care principles
