Job Opportunity: Cafe All Rounder

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic team member to fill a Cafe All Rounder position. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment, preparing and serving high-quality food and drinks with knowledge of Italian cuisine, working effectively in a team to ensure seamless service delivery, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service at all times
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks efficiently while adhering to quality standards
  • Support colleagues to maintain a high level of service delivery
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong knowledge of Italian food and drinks, including preparation methods and presentation
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:

Penalty rates apply for certain hours worked.

Working Hours:

Available Sunday to Wednesday.

Location:

This role is based in person.
