We are seeking a Cafe Team Member to join our team at a busy cafe in the heart of the Blue Mountains.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including taking orders, making drinks and light snacks, running food to tables, clearing and washing up, and performing other regular cafe duties.

Our cafe is a small, supportive and friendly environment where you can work in a bright, clean and modern setting.

Shifts are available on weekdays between 8am and 4pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking orders and preparing beverages and snacks for customers.
  • Running food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing the cafe area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Performing general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
