Job Title: Cafe Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled cafe team member to join our busy coastal cafe.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with front-of-house duties, including taking orders and serving customers.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a food environment, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
