Cafe Allrounder Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cafe professional to fill the role at our Sydney cafe. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working efficiently behind the counter, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with orders, payments, and inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers.
- Work efficiently behind the counter, managing cash handling, stock control, and quality assurance.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cafe worker or in a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12-4 pm (no nights or weekends).
- Counter hand experience and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
