Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the requirements gathering and analysis process for digital transformation projects within the utilities sector, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Provide expertise in digital strategies, ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory needs.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory needs.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and UX/UI designers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Oversee the delivery of digital solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communications, driving project alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Digital Business Analyst in the utilities sector.
- In-depth understanding of digital technologies and customer engagement platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of delivering successful digital projects.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the utilities industry is a plus.
