Our BusinessWe operate a diverse portfolio of brands, including Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy, Soul Pattinson Chemist, Clear Skincare Clinics, InstantScripts, and SILK Laser Clinics. Our business includes 73 company-owned Priceline stores, 396 Priceline pharmacy franchise stores, and 89 Clear Skincare clinics. We are also a wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical goods.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in our digital processes and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops, collaborate with stakeholders, and document detailed business and functional requirements to support digital projects.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights, providing data-driven recommendations to improve digital processes and strategies.
- Solution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design digital solutions that align with business goals, ensure optimal user experiences, and evaluate technical feasibility.
- Collaboration: Engage with internal teams, including IT, legal, finance, and external stakeholders such as pharmacy customers and suppliers, ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
- Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, data analysis, and solution design.
- Proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and user experience (UX) design.
- Experience with business process modeling, risk assessment, and digital project delivery.
- Ability to work effectively within Agile teams, collaborating with designers and developers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document business and technical requirements clearly.
- Adaptability to handle evolving project scopes and changing requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering.
