Technical Expertise Required

As a Senior Technical Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our clients across various regions.

This role involves traveling extensively and working on-site with clients to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

You will be required to possess excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of technical systems and processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provides high-level technical support for an assigned base of large and complex clients.
  • Takes complete ownership of onsite service activity ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Performs advanced-level maintenance on all products including low-complexity installation activities.
  • Contributes to improved client services metrics reporting and documentation.
  • Identifies and resolves systemic issues within the team.
Key Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical certification or associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in relevant field.
  • Australia Citizen preferred.
