We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Hospitality Team Member. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description

This role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness of service and prep areas, and delivering outstanding customer service to members of the Defence Force. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that our customers receive high-quality meals in a timely manner.

In addition to your main duties, you will also be responsible for point of sale operations and precise stock taking. If you have a passion for food, hospitality, and providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front of House:
    • Assist with food preparation and maintain cleanliness of service and prep areas.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service to members of the Defence Force.
  • Kitchen Hand:
    • Assist with basic food preparation including vegetables and salads.
    • Maintain kitchen, storage and service areas and equipment with a strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Bar Attendant:
    • Drive exceptional customer service to a prestigious customer base.
    • Point of sale operation and precise stock taking.
