Job Title

A Technical Lead is needed to oversee and manage the lifecycle of various systems within a Network Services Domain.

","About This Role

This position requires an individual with extensive experience in Fortigate SD-WAN solution ecosystem, specifically FortiGate VM02v Appliance, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiPortal & FortiWeb systems.

","Responsibilities
  • ">
  • Design and implement SD-WAN solution suite (including governance) of OSS and Security related integrations such as PM, FM, CM, Security, Log Management, User Management;">
  • Lifecycle currency & roadmap planning;">
  • Capacity planning relevant to system BVM demands;">
  • Performance analysis & optimisation facilitated by engineering & operations;">
  • Support operations team as required in the event of critical network incidents and system outages;">
  • Risk and Tech Security management and treatment plans;">
  • Provide regular management reporting on platform / systems per the agreed domain reporting profiles;">
  • Contribute to the OPEX and Capex budget management of the nominated systems;">
  • Engage with relevant vendors including the managed services vendors to ensure acceptable capacity lifecycle and performance management of systems and network interfaces;

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive direct experience on Fortigate SD-WAN solution ecosystem and specifically FortiGate VM02v Appliance, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiPortal & FortiWeb systems;">
  • Strong knowledge of technology security (ie. security best practice, vulnerability management and mitigations);">
  • Able to take part and contribute to high pressure situations such as network incidents and investigations and support the operations team;">
  • Strong internal customer and external vendor engagement experience and highly effective in driving quality outcomes for customers;">
  • 5 years minimum experience in SDWAN ecosystem, Fortinet experience is preferred;">
