Women's Health Physiotherapist Role Summary

We're looking for a Women's Health Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the growth of our Women's Health service.

You'll be working with a diverse range of athletes, including those seeking care across pregnancy, postnatal recovery, pelvic health, and return to performance.

This is an opportunity to shape something bigger than just a job, as you help lead the expansion of our Women's Health service and develop life-stage specific offerings.

About the Role

This full-time or part-time role involves providing high-quality clinical services, leading education and community events, and facilitating Women's Strength & Movement classes.

You'll work closely with other Coaches to deliver athlete-centered care, collaborating daily to ensure our athletes receive the right care, at the right time, by the right Coach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services to women's health athletes, including antenatal/postnatal care, pelvic health, and return to performance support
  • Lead education and community events to promote women's health awareness and empower athletes to take control of their wellbeing
  • Facilitate Women's Strength & Movement classes, developing and delivering programs that meet the needs of our athletes
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum 2+ years experience in private practice, with a strong clinical reasoning and initiative
  • An interest or postgrad training in pelvic health or women's health physiotherapy, with a passion for athlete-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with athletes and colleagues alike
  • A willingness to grow, innovate, and lead, with a focus on contributing to the development of our Women's Health service
