Job Title: Water Attendant

This role involves assisting in day-to-day operations of water and sewer systems, including maintenance and repairs of treatment plants, pump stations, reticulation systems, and reuse facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient operation of water and sewage treatment plants, pump stations, reticulation systems, and reuse systems through ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Conduct water sampling, testing, and recording to meet required standards of treated and recycled effluent.
  • Maintain grounds of the water and sewage treatment plants facility and related work areas to required standard.
  • Ensure safe conduct of all activities at plant worksites.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests and emergency calls.
  • Deliver quality customer service to internal and external customers.
