About This Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the road mapping of procurement processes and procedures.

This role is integral to the success of our Corporate Services Group, ensuring effective change management and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with leaders to identify and address current and emerging improvement opportunities within procurement.

Key responsibilities include deployment and implementation, engagement strategies, business partnering, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, change management, and content governance.

  • Deployment & Implementation: Oversee the deployment, implementation, and simplification of new procurement methodologies, frameworks, and processes.
  • Engagement Strategies: Create and deliver strategies to drive adoption across procurement and business stakeholders.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to identify and address improvement opportunities within procurement.
  • Quality & Assurance: Oversee procurement quality and assurance activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Manage a network of procurement system change champions.
  • Content Governance: Oversee content governance for procurement processes.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and applicable regulatory requirements.

A proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage change effectively, and deploy practical processes and frameworks is also essential.
