As a Motor Assessor, you have the opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring that commercial motor vehicles are repaired and assessed fairly and reasonably.

You will work with customers to negotiate settlements for referred claims, providing exceptional customer care along the way.

We are seeking trade-qualified individuals with experience in Insurance Motor Vehicle Loss Assessing and Claims, as well as those with qualifications in Motor Repair Trades (spray painting, mechanic or panel beating).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess commercial motor vehicle repairs to ensure they are conducted appropriately and at fair and reasonable costs.
  • Work with customers to negotiate settlements for referred claims.

We require candidates with tertiary qualifications in Motor Repair Trades and a valid driver's licence. Experience with passenger vehicles, Caravan, motorcycle, pleasure craft, heavy machinery, agricultural farm machinery, farm vehicles, and commercially modified vehicles such as ambulances is highly desirable.
