Customer Service Assistant

TenTops is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales results, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service through personal contact and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist in merchandising procedures, including stocking shelves and displays, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a high level of cash handling skills.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform store maintenance tasks, including cleaning, taking out garbage, and maintaining the stock room.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store presentation.
Requirements:
  • Recent relevant work experience in a retail environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding and willingness to provide excellence in customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cash handling experience and solid numeracy skills.
  • High presentation, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
