About the Role

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic School Age Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ten Tops. As a School Age Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our store is adequately stocked and well-merchandised to maximise sales. This includes crushing cardboard, maintaining a high level of merchandising and presentation standards, and providing excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong culture of safety at all times, including the correct use of carton cutters, ladders, and trolleys
  • Undertake departmental procedures as per the Ten Tops standard
  • Effective communication and asking questions if unsure
  • Provide customer service to valued clients efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure a high level of merchandising and presentation standards with your work area at all times
  • Stock, replenish, and rotate shelves and displays, with rotation being paramount
  • Ensure your working area is contained, with trolleys, ladders, and boxes to one side, to prevent trip hazards and impeded customer flow
  • Section off and clean up all liquid spills immediately
  • Operate and balance cash registers
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation with yourself and uniform
  • Ensure a happy workplace where people love to come and work
  • Follow instructions from managers at all times
  • Assist with product selection as required
  • Cleaning duties as required
  • Be happy, punctual, and reliable
