About the Role

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic School Age Customer Service Representative to join our team at TenTops. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of merchandising and presentation standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring that our store displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
  • Operate and balance cash register, handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with product selection, providing recommendations and suggestions to customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
