We're now expanding our team to include a Content Marketing Specialist who will inspire travellers through compelling, story-driven content.

The Role

As a key member of our marketing team, you'll develop engaging content that resonates with our audience and promotes our core values of sustainability, responsible travel, and cultural immersion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation
    • Craft compelling content for blogs, email campaigns, social media, and collaborative marketing efforts, aligning with business goals and the Head of Marketing's vision.
    • Partner with PR to synchronise content calendars and maximise outreach opportunities.
  • Social Media Management
    • Own the social media strategy, creating engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns, analysing performance data and adjusting strategies to enhance engagement.
  • Partnerships
    • Maintain strong relationships with partners, developing collaborative content for joint campaigns.
    • Seek innovative ways to integrate partnerships into social media and content strategies.
  • Brand Voice
    • Champion the tone of voice for Adventure World, ensuring it resonates across all touchpoints and sets the standard for the business.
  • Additional Duties
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
    • Engage in SEO initiatives, optimising content for search and aligning with broader digital strategies.
    • Ensure high standards of accuracy and quality in all communications.
About You

We're looking for a passionate storyteller with strong content creation skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital marketing trends.

You should be a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and writing.
  • Proficiency with CMS (e.g., Umbraco) and social media management tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
