Main Responsibilities- Encourage and motivate clients to secure sustainable employment;
- Establish strong relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Support clients in finding suitable employment leading to successful outcomes;
- Ensure all activities are accurately recorded and documented;
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role is essential;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people facing challenges;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders;
- Ability to work towards goals and deliver results in a fast-paced environment;
