Your New Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior eCommerce Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and optimization of our global online sales. Your expertise in eCommerce strategy, team leadership, and technical skills will be essential in delivering an exceptional digital experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an eCommerce strategy aligned with company goals and KPIs
- Lead the team to achieve online sales targets and manage cross-functional collaboration
- Analyse website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Take ownership of the development roadmap, including new feature releases and optimization
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support the external development team
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to the eCommerce team
- Report on eCommerce forecasting and channel effectiveness to senior leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in eCommerce leadership
- Proven track record in driving eCommerce growth, ideally within lifestyle products
- Shopify Plus experience and expertise in optimizing eCommerce platforms
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver results under pressure
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker with technical know-how and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable and motivated, with a collaborative team mindset
