Early Childhood Learning Leader

Our childcare centre is dedicated to providing a nurturing and engaging environment for young children. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our little learners.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about child-led play-based learning and have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
- Develop and implement educational programs that promote holistic development in children
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities
- Assist with daily tasks such as activity preparation and mealtimes
- Ensure high-quality services by adhering to National Quality Standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members in their professional development
- Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications
- Valid VIT registration (Early Childhood)
- Experience in planning and implementing educational programs
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Effective pedagogy in teaching practice
