Early Childhood Educator - After School Care Leadership Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as the Second in Charge of After School Care. As part of our close-knit community, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our organisation. You will be working closely with the Director of Service to deliver exceptional experiences for the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of enriching programs based on the preferences of the children in your care
  • Ensuring program compliance to meet high-quality service standards
  • Building strong relationships with schools, parents, and the wider community
  • Engaging with primary school-aged children in a fun and supportive environment
  • Developing leadership skills and taking ownership during school holiday periods
