Lead Coach - Junior Rugby Program

The role of Lead Coach is a dynamic and engaging position that requires the ability to design and deliver high-quality rugby programs for children aged 2-7 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement weekly lesson plans, incorporating established rugby drills and activities.
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout each class.
  • Maintain equipment and resources, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Be energetic and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with small children.
  • Demonstrate reliability and commitment to the program, adhering to scheduling requirements.
  • A background in sports or education is advantageous but not essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Early childhood education experience.
  • Current Blue Card (working with children).
  • CPR and first aid certification in an early childhood setting (HLTAID004 or equivalent).
